        user reasons, network service quality, social environment, etc., and may be affected by various security issues,
        such as others using the user's information to cause real-life harassment; other software downloaded and
        installed by users or other websites visited contain "Trojan horses" and other viruses, which threaten the
        security of users' computer information and data, thereby affecting the normal use of this service, etc. Users
        should strengthen their awareness of information security and user data protection, and pay attention to
        strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.

    <li>The user understands and confirms that the service is subject to service interruption or failure to meet user
        requirements due to force majeure, computer viruses or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user
        shutdown, and any other technical, Internet, communication line reasons, etc. Skisku does not bear any
        responsibility for any losses caused to users or third parties.

    <li>The user understands and confirms that during the use of this service, there is any misleading, deceptive,
        threatening, defamatory, objectionable or illegal information from any other person, or anonymous or illegal
        information that infringes the rights of others. Skisku does not assume any responsibility for any losses caused
        to users or third parties due to impersonation of information and the actions accompanying such information.

    <li>The user understands and confirms that Skisku needs to regularly or irregularly inspect or maintain the "Skisku"
        platform or related equipment. If the service is interrupted within a reasonable time due to such circumstances,
        Skisku does not need to bear any responsibility for this, but Skisku should be notified in advance.

    <li>Skisku has the right to deal with illegal or breach of contract content in accordance with laws, regulations and
        this agreement. This right does not constitute Skisku's obligation or commitment. Skisku cannot guarantee that

    <li>Under no circumstances shall Skisku be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, incidental, special or

    changes from Skisku.</p><h2>Data storage</h2><p>1. Skisku team is not responsible for the deletion or failure to
    store user-related data in this service.</p><p>2. Skisku team has the right to determine the maximum
    storage period of user data in this service in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and allocate the
    maximum storage space for data on the server. Users can back up relevant data in this service according to their own
    needs.</p><p>3. If the user stops using this service or the service is terminated, Sensing Skisku team
    can permanently delete the user's data from the server. After the service is stopped or terminated, Sensing Skisku
    team has no obligation to return any data to users.</p><h2>Intellectual Property Statement</h2><p>Skisku respects
    and encourages user-created content, recognizes the importance of protecting intellectual property rights to the
    survival and development of the Skisku platform, and promises to make the protection of intellectual property rights
    one of the basic principles for the operation of the Skisku platform.</p><p>However, Skisku is not a
    professional intellectual property organization and does not have the ability to review and determine whether works
    are infringed, nor does it have the ability to review the legality, authenticity and quality of content posted by
    users. Any user shall independently and fully bear legal responsibility for his/her uploading of files. Skisku has
    nothing to do with all disputes, controversies and lawsuits arising from your personal behavior.</p><p>1.
    Except for the intellectual property rights related to advertisements in this service that are owned by the
    corresponding advertisers, the intellectual property rights of the content we provide in this service (including but
    not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, videos, graphics, etc.) belong to us. All, except where users have

    10 working days after receiving relevant materials and verifying them with relevant agencies. During the processing
    period, no inquiry services by phone, email, or other means will be provided. If content that has been deleted or
    processed by Skisku is still searchable by Google and other search engines, it is because Google and other search
    engines have their own caches. Skisku does not have the authority and cannot handle such issues, so the relevant
    applications will not be accepted. Legal disputes arising from users' commercial activities in Skisku shall be
    handled by both parties to the transaction and have nothing to do with Skisku.</p><h2>Content specifications</h2><p>

    disseminated during the user's use of this service, including but not limited to account name, avatar, user

    publish, or disseminate the following content that interferes with the normal operation of "Skisku" and infringes
    upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users or third parties:</p><p>(1) Contains any sexual
    or sexual implications;</p><p>(2) Contains insulting, intimidating or threatening content;</p>

    the user;</p><p>(2) Skisku has the right to ban user accounts for users who repeatedly publish content
    that violates the provisions of the regulations.</p><p>(3) Users whose accounts have been banned have the
    right to contact our email address through "Skisku APP" to appeal for restoration. Customer service will restore
    permissions, reduce penalties, and maintain the original status based on the user's actual behavior and the degree

    system is an autonomous mechanism customized by the platform for users. If you receive content that makes you

        borrowing, investment and financing, financial management or other property-related information, please treat it
        with caution and make your own judgment, and be responsible for the loss of profits, business reputation, data

        special, derivative or punitive liability for other tangible or intangible losses.

    management</h2><p>1 The ownership of the "Skisku" account belongs to Skisku team. After the user completes the
    application and registration procedures, he will obtain the right to use the "Skisku" account. This right to use
    only belongs to the initial applicant and registrant and is prohibited from gifting, borrowing, renting,
    transferring or selling. <strong>Skisku team has the right to reclaim the user's "Skisku" account due to business
        needs.</strong></p><p>2 Users can query, change, delete and cancel personal information, registration
    information and transmission content on the "Skisku" account in the "Skisku" software. However, it should be noted
    that deleting relevant information will also delete the user's stored information in the system. Text and pictures.

    user's account is complained by others, investigated by state agencies, or is in litigation or arbitration

    Users are not allowed to use the "Skisku" account or this service to conduct the following behaviors:</p>

    people’s names;</p><p>(2) Force or induce other users to pay attention to, click on linked pages or share
    information;</p><p>(3) Fabricating facts and concealing the truth to mislead or deceive others;</p><p>(4) Using technical means to create fake accounts in batches;</p><p>(5) Use the "Skisku"
    account or this service to engage in any illegal and criminal activities;</p><p>(6) Produce and publish
    methods and tools related to the above activities, or operate or disseminate such methods and tools, regardless of
    whether these activities are for commercial purposes;</p><p>(7) Other behaviors that violate laws and
    regulations, infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of other users, interfere with the normal operation
    of "Skisku" or are not expressly authorized by Skisku.</p><p>3. The user shall be solely responsible for
    the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, accuracy, validity, etc. of the information transmitted using the "Skisku"
    account or this service. Any legal liability related to the information disseminated by the user shall be borne by
    the user himself. , has nothing to do with Skisku. If this causes damage to Skisku or a third party, the user shall
    compensate it in accordance with the law.</p><p>4. The services provided by Skisku may include
    advertisements, and users agree to display advertisements provided by Skisku and third-party suppliers and partners
    during use. Unless expressly provided by laws and regulations, users shall be solely responsible for the
    transactions conducted based on the advertising information. Skisku does not assume any responsibility for the loss
    or damage suffered by the user due to the transactions conducted based on the advertising information or the content
    provided by the aforementioned advertisers.</p><p>5. Unless Skisku gives written permission, users shall
    not engage in any of the following behaviors:</p><p>(1) Delete the copyright information on the software

    the source code of the software;</p><p>(3) Use, rent, lend, copy, modify, link, reprint, assemble,
